Cancer clinical trials in southern New Hampshire
Through clinical trials, Parkland Medical Center contributes to creating safe drugs and effective treatments for cancers and other diseases. We offer patients a variety of opportunities to participate in clinical research trials in collaboration with the Lahey Hospital & Medical Center, the National Cancer Institute and the Sarah Cannon Research Institute.
For more information about cancer clinical trials, call our Consult-A-Nurse® team at (877) 642-2362.
Our clinical trials nurses play critical roles in managing clinical trials, serving as administrators, coordinators, consultants and educators.
Your clinical trials nurse and oncologist can determine whether you can participate in a clinical trial. If you qualify and want to contribute to research through our oncology program, your nurse will discuss the nature of the trials and next steps.
We regularly participate in clinical trials related to:
- Bone marrow cancers
- Breast cancer
- Colorectal cancer
- Gastrointestinal cancers
- Head and neck cancers
- Lung cancer
- Lymphoma
- Partial breast irradiation
- Prostate cancer
- Cancer survivorship
