Breast health services
Breast cancer is a leading health concern for women. Our breast health program provides treatment and support services to help women through a breast cancer diagnosis.
Gynecologic care
Our gynecology program provides care for overall female health. Gynecology focuses on the reproductive system and related conditions, such as incontinence, cervical cancer and uterine cancer. Our expert gynecologists offer a variety of services, such as pap smears and routine exams, to diagnose and treat women's health conditions.
Obstetrics
Together with Appledore Women’s Health Associates of Derry, Parkland Medical Center provides personalized advanced women’s care services in an outpatient setting including obstetrics, gynecology, prenatal and postnatal care.
In the event of an emergency labor delivery, our staff is trained to safely care for mom as she delivers her baby. We would then facilitate the transfer to a local hospital maternity unit for continued care of mom and baby after delivery.
