Derry, New Hampshire - Parkland Medical Center’s Clinical Pharmacy manager Kerri Johnson, Pharm D, BCPS, recently received the New Hampshire 2013 Distinguished Young Pharmacist Award. The award given by Pharmacist Mutual Companies is to acknowledge young pharmacists in each state for individual excellence and outstanding contributions to their pharmacy association and community.
Johnson is very active in New Hampshire pharmacy associations in developing and supporting legislation to help advance the pharmacy profession. She is the immediate past president of the New Hampshire Society of Health System Pharmacists. She has worked at Parkland Medical Center since October of 2012. She and her husband Brian are the proud parents of three sons.
