Parkland Medical Center has added a second location for its short-term outpatient partial hospitalization program (PHP), the Parkland Center for Emotional Wellness. Located at 171 Pleasant Street, Suite 202, Concord, NH, the program aims to help adults (age 18 and older) develop and incorporate new strategies for managing stress, anxiety, depression and other behavioral health symptoms.
Individuals seeking adult outpatient PHP services can schedule an appointment online for either the Concord or Derry locations. No referral is required.
Patients admitted into this program receive care from social workers, registered nurses and medication providers, all within the framework of an individualized treatment plan.
The program offers a structured group therapy-oriented treatment setting from Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 2:30pm, providing ongoing intervention and support. Additional services include diagnostic consultation and recommendations, one-on-one check ins with a medication provider (including medication evaluations and management), as well as individual, family and group therapy sessions.
