Biofeedback
Through the use of the biofeedback we can locate and isolate the pelvic floor muscles. To monitor the contractions of your pelvic floor muscles we use a sensor called the perimeometer which is placed in the vagina. The sensor detects muscle activity and sends this information to a computer. The computer transforms this information into visual and audio feedback. We use this feedback to retrain the muscles that are needed to help control the flow of urine.
