Your Meals
While we may choose your first meal for you, you will have an opportunity to choose your meals shortly after you arrive as our guest. Each morning you will receive a menu for the following day. Please circle your selections on this menu in the morning, as our staff will be picking it up before 10:00 a.m.

If you are on a restricted diet, a diet technician will assist you with your menu selections and let you know more about your diet. Our registered dietitians will assess your nutritional needs and make sure they are addressed appropriately.

If you would like a beverage or are hungry between meals, ask your nurse what type of snacks are allowed on your diet as most items can be provided until 7:00 p.m. A variety of light snacks are available during evening hours.

If family members wish to bring you food from home, please be sure they check with your nurse concerning any diet restrictions. We strive to provide the best quality and variety of foods, but you may be unable to eat some of the foods you would normally enjoy during your stay due to restrictions ordered by your doctor.

We welcome any feedback about our hospital’s food service. Please let our staff know how you felt about the meal service you received during your stay.  Let us know what we can do to make your dining experience more pleasant while you are with us.
